RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Customers must record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel. Claims without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted.

• Any complaint regarding damaged products, missing items, wrong products, defective products, or quantity shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Claims for damaged products will be accepted only if supported by a valid unboxing video.

• Claims for missing items will be accepted only if supported by a valid unboxing video.

• Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a return or replacement.

• Food items, snacks, spices, dry fruits, consumable products, and perishable products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received in a damaged condition.

• If a customer orders the wrong product by mistake, return shipping and replacement shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Thattukada Mart.

• Orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.

• If a customer refuses or rejects a parcel after dispatch, the shipping charges for both forward and return delivery will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

• Refunds and replacements are subject to verification and approval by the Thattukada Mart support team.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Product images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only. Actual product color, packaging, size, or appearance may vary slightly.

• Thattukada Mart reserves the right to reject any claim that does not comply with the above terms and conditions.

• By placing an order on Thattukada Mart, the customer agrees to all terms, conditions, return, refund, and replacement policies stated above.
